MI VISION PERSONAL DE ADAN, EVA, LA SERPIENTE Y LA MANZANA//MY PERSONAL VISION OF ADAM, EVE, THE SERPENT AND THE APPLE

 Cuando yo era pequeño, me preguntaba a mi mismo, como era el tema de la creación humana, dado que, siguiendo las lecturas del Libro del Génesis, ellos tuvieron tres hijos:

Caín, Abel y Set. ¿Cómo podrían pues crecer y multiplicarse?

Muchas veces preguntaba a la gente mayor, catequistas, párroco, pero todo eran ambigüedades, que era una manera plástica de decirlo, que si esto, que si lo otro, pero nada que clarificasen la cosa.

Ahora que me hice mayor, decidí encontrarle una cosa lógica, a la historia bíblica, llegando a una explicación, que no tiene que ser la real.

En los primeros versículos del Génisis, nos hablan de que, Dios plantó al hombre y la mujer en el jardín del Edén, donde ellos podían vivir felices y tranquilos, en un lugar idílico, bañado por los ríos Pisón, Guijón, Tigris y Éufrates, les dio libertad para disfrutar a sus anchas, pero les marcó una línea roja que no podían traspasar, no “comer” del árbol de la ciencia del bien y el mal. ¿Dónde estaba este árbol? En medio del Edén.

Es entonces cuando aparece dos figuras, el demonio en forma de “serpiente” (órgano masculino) y el fruto prohibido “la manzana” (órgano femenino). Entra en juego la seducción,

después se pierde la convivencia, surge la envidia de Caín, que llega a matar con la quijada de un burro a su hermano Abel (primera muerte histórica, la del burro seguida de la de Abel).

Caín se descontrola y se aleja a la región de Nod, al oeste del Edén, es allí donde conoce a la que será su mujer, establece la ciudad de Enoc, nombre que le dará a su hijo.

Para paliar la muerte de Abel, Dios le concede otro hijo Set, que se establece al otro lado del Edén, se casó y tuvo descendencia.

Conclusión: Dios estableció grupos de pueblos en torno al Paraíso, donde vivián se emparejaban y establecían las primeras colonias humanas, creando clanes familiares y más tarde dinastías. Lo demás vino por añadidura, dejándose arrastrar por la envidia, ambición y ansia del poder.

Muchas son las representaciones pictóricas en pinacotecas del mundo, para recrear esta primera desobediencia del hombre a Dios, a este blog traigo dos: la de Tiziano de 1550 y la de J.A, Vera de 1871.

When I was little, I wondered to myself what the subject of human creation was like, since, following the readings from the Book of Genesis, they had three sons: Cain, Abel, and Seth.

How could they then grow and multiply?

Many times I asked the elderly, catechists, parish priests, but it was all ambiguities, that it was a plastic way of saying it, that if this, that way, but nothing that clarified the thing.

Now that I got older, I decided to find a logical thing to the biblical story, coming up with an explanation, which doesn't have to be the real one.

In the first verses of Génisis, they tell us that God planted man and woman in the garden of Eden, where they could live happily and quietly, in an idyllic place, bathed by the rivers Piso, Gihon, Tigris and Euphrates, he gave them freedom to enjoy themselves at ease, but he marked a red line that they could not cross,  not to "eat" from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Where was this tree? In the midst of Eden.

It is then that two figures appear, the demon in the form of a "snake" (male organ) and the forbidden fruit "the apple" (female organ). Seduction comes into play, then coexistence is lost, the invidia of Cain arises, who kills his brother Abel with the jawbone of a donkey (the first

historical death, that of the donkey followed by that of Abel).

Cain gets out of control and moves away to the region of Nod, west of Eden, it is there where he meets the one who will be his wife, he establishes the city of Enoch, the name he will give to his son.

To alleviate Abel's death, God grants him another son, Seth, who settles on the other side of Eden, married and had children.

Conclusion: God established groups of peoples around Paradise, where they lived and established the first human colonies, creating family clans and later dynasties. The rest came in addition, allowing himself to be carried away by envy, ambition and lust for power.
