¿ESTA EL MOSSAD DETRÁS DEL ASALTO A CEUTA?
El Mossad fue creado el 13 de
diciembre de 1949, una vez que el país obtuvo la independencia, siendo Reuven
Shiloa su primer director, cargo que ocupó hasta el año 1952, siendo Primer
Ministro David Ben Gurión, que fue quien tuvo la iniciativa de la creación de
este Instituto de Inteligencia, con el fin de realizar una conexión y
coordinación con todos los Servicios de Seguridad, pero dependiendo
directamente de su persona como Primer Ministro y no del Gobierno
(Knesset) o de los Ministerios
(Interior, Defensa o Exteriores) cosa que le ocurre a las otras agencias.
Quizás por ello su actual director David Barmea, que accedió al cargo en el año 2021, continué al frente del Instituto de Inteligencia, a pesar de la Operación llevada a cabo el 7 de octubre de 2023, cuando la Yihad Islámica y Hamas, llevaron a cabo una masacre que ocasionó más de mil doscientos israelíes muertos y unos doscientos secuestrados. El personal que lo integra
(hombres y mujeres) al igual que en otros servicios de inteligencia, actúa con
ausencia de rangos militares, aunque muchos de los agentes que sirven en él,
hayan ocupado distintos puestos y empleos dentro del ejército. Con lo que de
ese modo se garantiza la desvinculación con el Ministerio de Defensa y siga
únicamente las directrices determinadas por el Primer Ministro.
Su misión principal es la
recopilación de información, que pueda anticipar una acción hostil contra el
Estado de Israel. Los componentes de los
distintos equipos operativos reciben el nombre de Katsas. Manteniendo una cooperación con los servicios de
inteligencia de otros paises aliados, especialmente con los de los Estados
Unidos.
A parte de los asuntos que, de una manera u otra, puedan afectar a Israel y sean motivo de investigación, hay otros casos que, no interfiriendo para nada en la seguridad, si sirven para negociar con determinados países. Así el Mossad colaboró con el MI6 Británico en la investigación del accidente en el que perdió la
Teniendo en cuenta que desde en
el año 2020, Marruecos reconoció oficialmente el Estado de Israel, hecho que anunció
e hizo eco el presidente de los Estados Unidos Donald Trump en unas declaraciones
realizadas el 10 de diciembre de ese mismo año. Las relaciones entre ambos
países fueron muy fluidas. La prensa israelí se hizo eco hace un par de años,
de la primera llegada de un avión militar marroquí Hércules C-130 a Tel Aviv, para recoger
material militar por un montante de 48 millones de dólares, entre ellos 3
drones de uso militar (ataque, intercesión y localización).
Así mismo en Marruecos hay una
importante colonia de civiles israelíes trabajando, en el que es sin duda el
segundo país más adelantado de África.
Dicho esto, se deducen a mi modo de ver, que se pueden sacar varias conclusiones:
Primera: Si el Mossad
intervino o no, no lo sé, pero esta claro que si sabía de esta afluencia
masiva de jóvenes a Ceuta, porque esta preparado para ello, sobre todo partiendo de un aviso por medio de
fuentes abiertas.
Segundo: A Israel tener un socio
árabe es de gran importancia, por lo que se deduce que informó al gobierno marroquí,
del intento de asalto a Ceuta.
Tercero: Se tienen que depurar
responsabilidades, si el ministro del interior español, no sabía nada como dice,
ni el CNI ni el CIFAS, le informaron,
tenía que haber inmediatamente cesado a ambos directores, si no es así y si estaba
informado, pero no creyó que la cosa fuese tan importante, no debería seguir un
día más en su cargo, máxime en que no tomaron iniciativas cruciales en las
primeras horas ¿Por qué?
Cuarto: Hace muy poco otro C-130 de Marruecos fue de Tetuán al aeropuerto Ben Gurión, transportando ayuda humanitaria para los gazatíes, el gobierno de Israel, no hizo ninguna protesta sobre ello, porque las cosas que se hacen o se digan, molestan más en sus formas que en el hecho en sí.
Creo que no hay que ser un experto,
para indicar que esto se dejó ir de las manos. Y estamos donde estamos, porque no supimos estar a la altura de las circunstancias.

IS THE MOSSAD BEHIND THE ASSAULT ON CEUTA?
The Mossad (Israel Intelligence Institute) is
the agency prepared to act outside Israel, in matters of counterespionage and
terrorism, since the responsibility inside lies with the Sabah that acts both
in Israel and in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The Ministry of Defence also has
its own Intelligence Service called AMAN.
The Mossad was created on December 13, 1949,

Its main mission is to gather information,
which can anticipate hostile action against the State of Israel. The components of the various operational
teams are called Katsas. Maintaining cooperation with the intelligence services
of other allied countries, especially those of the United States.
Apart from the matters that, in one way or
another, may affect Israel and are the subject of investigation, there are
other cases that, while not interfering in security at all, do serve to
negotiate with certain countries. Thus, the Mossad collaborated with the
British MI6 in the investigation of the accident in which Princess Diana of
Wales (Lady Di) lost her life. He also made studies and inquiries about the
different attacks that Pope John Paul II had throughout his pontifical life
(there were 10 in total).
Taking into account that since 2020, Morocco
has officially recognised the State of Israel, a fact that was announced and
echoed by US President Donald Trump in statements made on 10 December of the
same year. Relations between the two countries were very fluid. The Israeli
press echoed a couple of years ago, the first arrival of a Hercules C-130
military aircraft in Tel Aviv, to collect military equipment for an amount of
48 million dollars, including 3 drones for military use (attack, intercession
and location).
Likewise, in Morocco there is a large colony of
Israeli civilians working, in what is undoubtedly the second most advanced
country in Africa.
That said, it can be deduced in my opinion,
that several conclusions can be drawn:
First:
Whether the Mossad intervened or not, I don't know, but it is clear that it did
know about this massive influx of young people to Ceuta, because it is prepared
for it, especially starting with an ad through open sources.
Second: For Israel to have an Arab partner is
of great importance, so it can be deduced that it informed the Moroccan
government of the attempted assault on Ceuta.
Third: Responsibilities have to be clarified,
if the Spanish Minister of the Interior did not know anything as he says,
neither the CNI nor the CIFAS, informed him, he should have immediately
dismissed both directors, if not and if he was informed, but he did not believe
that the thing was so important, he should not continue one more day in his position,
especially since they did not take crucial initiatives in the first hours. Why?
Fourth: Very recently another C-130 from
Morocco went from Tetouan to Ben Gurion airport, transporting humanitarian aid
for Gazans, the government of Israel did not make any protest about it, because
the things that are done or said are more annoying in their forms than in the
fact itself.
I don't think you have to be an expert to
indicate that this got out of hand. And we are where we are, because we did not
know how to rise to the occasion.
