Hay cosas muy difíciles de entender,
mientras hay unas exigencias de idoneidad para el personal que tiene que realizar determinados trabajos y
estar en posesión del carné de capacitación para ello. A la hora de la verdad, lo
termina realizando el cliente que no está capacitado.
Voy a intentar explicarme para
que se me pueda entender, empezamos por las estaciones de servicio
(gasolineras), los empleados tienen que realizar cursos para ejercer su labor,
para manipular y tratar los combustibles, pero sin que nadie se ruborice, en
muchas de ellas somos los clientes los que terminamos llenando el depósito de
nuestro vehículo, sin tener cualificación para ello. Así fue la primera
vez que me tocó hacerlo, mientras con una mano agarraba la pistola de la
manguera, apoyé la otra sobre el auto y como tenía los pies en el suelo húmedo,
me sacudió un calambrazo que me puso andar, debido a la energía estática. Obviamente
no fui el único, por lo que después salieron unos artilugios de goma, que evitaba la acumulación de energía estática. Pero eran cosas que ignoraba, por no tener
los conocimientos técnicos para ello. Me pregunto, ¿cuántos usuarios tienen la
capacitación para manejar combustibles, cuando van a repostar y son ellos los
que usan las mangueras?

Igualmente, podemos decir en lo
concerniente a los supermercados. Se les exige a los dependientes como mínimo
el preceptivo carné de manipulación de alimentos y después vemos sobre todo, en
la mayoría de los de grandes superficies, que es el propio cliente el que
manipula los alimentos, sobre todo la fruta, sin que nadie vigile ningún
momento siquiera si ponen o no los guantes desechables, que incluso a veces están
agotados. Tu mismo tienes que meterlos
en la bolsa, pesarlos, algunos miran si estan bien o mal, ponen, quitan y después
a la hora de pagar el producto comprado, tienen a disposición unas pesas inteligentes,
que te cobran al peso, pero que el precio no varía si lo haces tu mismo, o si
pasas por la caja tradicional donde un cajero o cajera te cobra el producto, se
entiende que un porcentaje del margen de beneficios es para pagar al personal,
pero si lo hace el cliente, debería resultar cuando menos más barato, ya que tu
has realizado el trabajo.
Esto solo trae más beneficio para
el enriquecimiento del empresario, paga a menos personal, el cliente hace el
trabajo y él tiene más dividendos.
También deportes como el atletismo
salen dañados con esta nueva política laboral, por ejemplo, las carreras
populares, antes te anotabas te daban un dorsal y tira millas, ahora te anotas,
pagas un tanto por poder correr, mientras el espectador mira desde la acera,
disfruta y le sale de balde. Imaginemos que hicieran eso con los circos, el
malabarista, equilibrista y el payaso pegasen por actuar y el espectador mirase
gratis.
Menos empleados y más ganancias, no
hay electricistas, fontaneros, albañiles y menos carpinteros, ahora te traen el
mueble a casa y montelo usted si quiere, sabes o puedes, pero todo el mundo
aplaudiendo hasta con las orejas.

comes to paying for the product purchased, they have at their disposal some
smart weights, which charge you by weight, but the price does not vary if you
do it, or if you go through the traditional checkout where a cashier charges
you for the product, it is understood that a percentage of the profit margin is
to pay the staff, but if the customer does it, it should be at least cheaper,
since you have done the work.
This only brings more benefit to the enrichment
of the entrepreneur, it pays fewer staff, the customer does the work and he has
more dividends.
Sports such as athletics are also damaged with
this new labor policy, for example, popular races, before you signed up they
gave you a bib and throw miles, now you sign up, you pay a point to be able to
run, while the spectator watches from the sidewalk, enjoys it and it comes out
for nothing. Let's imagine that they did that with circuses, the juggler,

Fewer employees and more profits, there are no
electricians, plumbers, masons and fewer carpenters, now they bring the
